About Wendy Coffeng

I am an IT project manager with 30 years of experience in SAP projects in various sectors including Retail, Utilities and Food & Beverages. In recent years, I have completed 3 different S/4 HANA implementations: both a full greenfield implementation and a combination of migration and greenfield implementation. In the last 2 projects, I was specifically responsible for setting up and managing cutover activities in a complex environment. I often work on large and complex projects in national and international environments. Collaboration with the various stakeholders is important. I am used to working with the various implementation and support partners, business and management, both operational and in preparation for decision-making. As an IT project manager, I ensure clear guidance and priorities in order to facilitate my team as much as possible and contribute to the success of the project. With my substantive knowledge of SAP, I am not only a project manager but also a sounding board for my team and the business. With my audit background, I am a good counterpart for accountants and auditors: specifically in the field of migrations and also for general project audits. In the many projects I have gained experience with various SAP systems and modules: S/4 HANA, ECC, ISU, VIM, GRC, PI, BW, Portal and Cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, C4/HANA. BTP. Authorizations within SAP is a specific area of interest for me: on the one hand because of my experience from my time in support, but especially because of the potential audit findings and non-compliance if authorizations are not set up properly.
