Detail-oriented, resourceful, pro-active, multi-talented professional able to prioritize, organize, schedule and coordinate: any and all projects from maintenance of equipment, files and inventory; to data collection and/or entry for research projects and various database updates. Able to plan, coordinate and facilitate faculty candidate visits with various individuals across our campus as well as with individuals located on multiple external sites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate professionally with all levels of internal organization as well as with external personnel and vendors. I take pride in my ability to support our department in such a way that our faculty, staff and students are free to go about doing what they do best with no concern for the “small stuff”. Current computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SAP & Workday for Procurement & Travel, WordPress. Past computer skills: AutoCad, AES and Microstation drafting software, Adobe Illustrator. Always willing to learn new skills.
