My experience as an entrepreneur in the Food and Beverage, and Real Estate industries has shown me that many people feel stuck, stressed, and unhappy in their lives. That's why I am passionate about coaching and helping people reach their highest potential. My approach is centered on mindfulness and self-discovery exercises. As a coach, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way. I am a loving partner, avid hiker, yoga and healthy living advocate, seasoned chef, and friend to many.
