About Wendy Forgetta

Experienced Licensed Realtor with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry since 2013 where I have helped many home buyers and sellers totaling over 18 million in sales. Skilled in Buyer Representation, Customer Service, Sellers, Foreclosures, Short Sales, a Strong real estate professional, winning Top Producer multiple times! My life before real estate included being a Hairstylist for over 35+ years and being the mom of 2 children and dogs. My passion in life is to help people in any way that I can. I have volunteered at Nana's House, a charity that helps the neglected, abused, needy and abandoned children of Brevard County. I have also volunteered at Heart & Hands Thrift Shoppe which gives to those in need. I love every minute of the time I offer! In real estate, I love to do whatever is needed for my sellers to realize the most profit, even if it means getting my own hands dirty to help with small tasks that improve the home's appeal. My goal is to work hard and to be the best person I can be for all. For my buyers, I will show you as many homes as it takes until you walk in and say "YES! This is the one!" I do my best to point out things you should be aware of as we walk through properties. So, if you are ready to work with a Realtor who goes far above and beyond to help her clients, I would love to connect! I will do everything in my power to help you reach your property goals and find peace, however and wherever that may be! Call or text 321-446-1648 and let's get started today.
