About Wendy Hellyer
Each year brings new challenges and new opportunities.This past season, in addition to managing my own properties, I resurrected my real estate skills and added a New Jersey Broker's license to my Pennsylvania Broker's license in order to work as Broker of Record for a small property management firm. I still wish to bring performing arts education to area children - especially 'children at risk'. I envision a performing arts center that includes both community and professional performances, temporal art and classes in music, drama, dance, languages and diverse cultural experiences. The expanded real estate experience will be helpful in achieving the above vision. Whether running my school or working for a firm in real estate or any other field, I bring to each position intelligence, creativity, skills and integrity.
