About Wendy Howard

Thank you so much for wanting to know more. Here's some of what I do. I'm a small business expert helping coaches, freelance trainers, consultants and alternative practitioners to grow a profitable business with my unique 'Business Blueprint 6 Figure Income' coaching & mentoring package. This is in addition to the G.R.O.W. Giant Results, Opportunities & Wealth Programme, which is aimed at giving coaches, freelance trainers & consultants the ADDITIONAL SKILLS they need to work successfully with small businesses. The grow programme is very much focussed on people development, team working, sales, sales presentations and marketing - all of which you need if you are to become competent at working with small businesses. My aim is to help YOU become a SMALL BUSINESS EXPERT too. For corporations I will develop leadership training programmes and deliver in-house training or personal coaching. Ideally I will give you something that will go on working for the organisation as it grows. Leadership skills are essential for business productivity, harmony, increased sales and profits. I concentrate on those leadership skills which are critical to the organisation and may include team building, team harmony, negotiation, conflict management, coaching skills, sales, presentations etc- and I can build this into your training or coaching programme to ensure it is effective at every level. I specialise in creativity and 'accelerated learning' techniques which makes the training fun – but memorable.
