About Wendy Jackson

Wendy Jackson is a Counselor and Psychotherapist, licensed in the United Kingdom. She specializes in Trauma, Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has been the host of ‘To Be Known’, a video and podcast series, facilitating an honest conversation about real life issues. The podcast focus, is on understanding the experience of mental health struggles. Wendy has recently partnered with the Sanctuary Foundation and the UK Government to provide training and resources for Ukrainian families living in the UK and their hosts. Recently she has been giving presentations and workshops on Trauma Informed Workplaces, Anxiety Regulation, and Wellness Practices. She studied Counselling and Theology at The London School of Theology (UK). Her Post Graduate studies include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Grove London (UK), Somatic Trauma Therapy with trauma expert Babette Rothschild (UK), Mindfulness at Mindfulness Now (UK), Eating Disorders, Obesity, and Nutritional Interventions with The National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED,UK), and Trauma Informed Care with the State of Oregon.
