Senior Vice President of Operations – Insurance with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, insurance operations, and collections services. I specialize in scaling people, processes, and performance across complex, highly regulated healthcare environments.In my current role, I provide oversight of insurance operations, driving workflow design, operational efficiency, and performance management across U.S. and global teams. I partner closely with senior leadership to align operational strategy with business objectives while building accountable, engaged teams focused on quality, compliance, and results.Previously, as Vice President of Training and Quality Assurance at Hollis Cobb Associates, I led enterprise onboarding, staff development, and quality programs supporting the full healthcare revenue cycle. I was responsible for new project onboarding and operational readiness across scheduling, patient access, customer service, insurance follow-up, and first-party and third-party commercial collections.In a vendor setting, I partnered with healthcare providers to evaluate operational trends, identify performance gaps, and help design or enhance workflows. This experience strengthened my ability to bridge vendor and provider perspectives while delivering repeatable, high-performing RCM solutions.Throughout my career, I have been recognized for growth-ready operating models, strengthening collaboration, and developing high-performing leaders.
