As a National HSE Manager at mcm Logistics, I lead and oversee the health, safety, and environmental compliance and performance of a national logistics company. I have a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, a Diploma in Logistics Management, and a Diploma in Human Resources. I am also a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor Degree of Nursing and a Post Graduate Certificate in Acute Care. I have more than 30 years of experience in safety and return to work in the warehousing, manufacturing, and transport industries. I have successfully structured and managed WHS committees, conducted audits and investigations, delivered training and coaching, and improved safety outcomes and culture. I am passionate about providing knowledge and support in any role that I perform, and bringing a positive attitude to a highly demanding and challenging environment. I have strong organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I am also a High Dependency Nurse and an Advanced Life Support provider.
