Background

About Wendy M.

I have an energized, proactive and participative leadership style that encourages learning, motivation and empowerment of all employees with the overall goal of fostering an interest in lifelong learning for all and the attainment of corporate goals. I believe wholeheartedly that knowledge is power and have never been afraid of challenge or shied away from learning new skills. I have never forgotten where I came from in my learning journey and that gives me a unique advantage when it comes to bridging gaps between upper management and the front line workers. I believe in giving my all to everything I attempt and I am never afraid to admit when I don't know an answer. That said, I will make enquiries and keep looking until I find the answer. I always make sure I deliver as promised and follow up with others when needed. I pride myself on being a hard worker and never expect others to perform tasks I wouldn't be willing to do myself. I always encourage others to do what is right even if it is outside their comfort zone. I am well known for being approachable, genuine and will give anything and everything I can to ensure the success of others, be it a personal goal or professional one. “The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.” ― B.B.
