I have just begun a new position at IHCC - For the remainder of this semester, I will be serving as the Interim Associate Dean of Allied Health and Nursing. I look forward to working with the faculty and students! I am an experienced Higher Ed Director and leader with an extensive skill set around data collection, analysis, and reporting of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of supporting data-informed decision-making. I have extensive Project Management and evaluation experience at a four-year state University as well as at two aligned two-year Colleges, one a comprehensive Community College and the other a Technical College, both part of large and complex state systems. I have experience with organizational change at the Institutional and System levels addressing areas of strategic planning, equity and inclusion, accreditation, sustainability, and decreasing enrollment. Since March 2020, I have been remotely managing a team of four analysts, also working remotely, with no change in the level of service provided. Other experience includes: • Project Manager to implement Equity by Design at two colleges. • Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission. Accreditation experience with planning and writing Assurance Arguments, and Co-facilitator for successful 2017 Comprehensive Quality Review for reaffirmation of accreditation. Currently overseeing production of 2 Assurance Arguments due spring 2021. • Experience in working with multiple third-party accreditors to gain/maintain accreditation, including ACEN (Nursing),(Vet Tech), PESLB (Teacher Certification), NACEP (Dual Enrollment), ACBCP (Business), CAAHEP (EMS) • Supervisory and Management experience in multiple sectors (food service management, long-term care, higher ed) • Experienced presenter to a variety of audiences with the ability to present complex topics to a lay audience, with experience in presenting and co-presenting at local, regional and national levels. • Providing leadership and supervision for the development, preparation and dissemination of data and research, with encouragement of the use of data and evidence to enhance teaching and learning at two Colleges, each with a unique Mission and unique reporting needs. • Development and implementation of methods to promote ease of access to information across the College • Co-facilitation of the College’s Institutional Effectiveness Committee • Co-facilitation of Strategic Planning Teams at two campuses
