As Chief Financial Officer at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, I have guided the company's stability from a financial perspective paving the path for continued success in the midst of abrupt market and operational changes during the COVID pandemic. With more than 20 years at HE & R and progressing from Manager of Internal Audit, to VP of Finance/Treasurer and most recently CFO, I have helped and been part of the leadership team guiding the company's growth. I currently lead all aspects of the Finance function, including accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, financial planning and analysis, and capital planning. Prior to this experience, I served as Senior Associate within the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers leading audit engagements within a diverse client base by executing a risk-based audit approach. I'm passionate about helping organizations grow and succeed, especially when facing significant challenges or new opportunities.
