About Wendy Palmer

Hello! I am currently enjoying my 5th year as full time Operations Manager for Staged by Design! As Operations Manager, I spend most of time on client care and logistics, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition from pre-listing to sold. I'm also responsible for maintaining the organization, storage and procurement of our inventory. I think a great deal of what sets Staged by Design apart from other stagers is the quality and style of our inventory. We spend a great deal of time and effort keeping our look fresh and current! What I enjoy most about my position is coming up with new and creative ways to make our day-to-day processes run more smoothly and efficiently so that the company can grow to its fullest potential. My most recent project was creating a custom, low code, in house mobile application to create customized Staging Consultation Reports for our Occupied Consultation clients. I had to stretch myself quite far to accomplish this feat as I do not have a coding background. The app has been functioning without issue and we are currently working on a few updates to make it even more efficient. In my private life my top priority is family. I have a beautiful baby Granddaughter who is the light of my life! We live on 10 beautiful acres of forest and keep a sweet family of silkie chicks and peacocks!
