About Wendy Parde

My history starts with studying Economics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, From there I concentrated my studies in Accounting, which is the field I chose to work in right out of college. I had also attained my Realtor's license in MD which I chose to place on referral status since I wanted to concentrate on my public accounting career. I passed my CPA exam as soon as I graduated and was well on my way to working up the Public Accounting ladder of responsibilities. After working for thirteen years in public accounting first in Baltimore, MD and then in York, PA, I decided to move to private industry, joining York International (now Johnson Controls.). From there after working part time with a couple of different employers I decided to try my hand at real estate full time. I am thoroughly enjoying the experience thus far and look forward to helping many more people in the coming months and years.
