I have over 20 years Human Resources (HR) experience working in the disability, education, community sectors and Local Government. Leading complex organisational culture change and building high performance organisations have been a hallmark of my career and I am proud to have driven transformational change in organisations to help them deliver on their business strategies by focusing on the things that matter most to drive results and outcomes. I combine broad business knowledge and commercial acumen to ensure that the potential of people is maximised and central to delivering business results. I am recognised for integrity and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive and collaborative professional relationships with all stakeholders. I also have in-depth expertise in occupational health & safety, industrial and employee relations management.
