As a ScrumMaster/Business Analyst/Product Manager I'm passionate about creating software that provides value and allows people to be more productive and happy in the jobs they do each day. Extensive healthcare software development experience committed to Agile methods with strong collaboration with customers, business leaders, customer service and the full spectrum of development teams. Started in programming with AT & T writing tools the engineers needed. With regard to designing and creating software, our team did it all including interviews, discovery sessions, software and hardware requirements, project management, development, QA, implementation, documentation, training.the whole enchilada. It was difficult and it was a blast. From telecommunications I moved into healthcare IT evolving from programmer to systems analyst to business analyst to product manager. I love the business side of software and can marry the technical and non-technical. Understanding a business problem and accurately translating into functional and technical requirements, along with a great technical team, will produce software with value.and software with value produces happy people every time.
