About Wendy Ye

With the skills that I’ve gained as a former library page, medical assistant and medical scribe at an OB-GYN office, my dedication and compassion in patient care, I look forward to making a difference and meaningful impact in patients’ and families lives through nursing. Upholding my core principles of respect, equality, compassion, diversity, collaboration, and leadership, I strive to provide exceptional patient care, promoting wellness and to strengthen the disciple of nursing. I had the privilege of experiencing clinical rotations at various locations in NYU Langone Health at the heart of New York City. These rotations sparked a strong interest and curiosity in areas for oncology, cardiac-thoracic diseases, peri-operative nursing, and women's health. Simultaneously, I look forward to utilize my past biochemistry knowledge to supplement my nursing care skills/practices for patients and families in these areas. My clinical experience includes: NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center, NYU Kimmel Pavilion for step-down surgery, NYU Orthopedic Hospital and NYU Tisch Hospital and Brooklyn Hospital for medical-surgical care. I also gained pediatrics experience at NYU Hassenfeld Children's Hospital and labor and delivery at NYP Alexandra Cohen Hospital.
