As a recent graduate of University of Sussex with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Business and Management, I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in applying psychological principles to organizational settings. I have learned how to conduct research, analyze data, and present findings, as well as how to understand human behavior, motivation, and decision making in various contexts. I have also gained valuable work experience as a supervisor at MERKUR Casino UK, where I supported the manager, trained and supported new and current staff, helped achieve venue targets, and helped resolve customer issues. I demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment. I was responsible for cash collections, opening and closing the venue, and ensuring gambling occurred in a fair, open, and crime free environment. I also developed my leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills, as well as my resilience and patience under pressure. I am highly motivated, versatile, and adaptable, and I enjoy interacting and engaging with others. I have an international background, which has given me the opportunity to cater to people of different nationalities and cultures. I am fluent in Polish, English, and I have a passion for learning new languages and exploring new places.
