With over two decades of leadership experience and success in the construction industry, I am passionate about driving transformative change and improvement in this competitive and demanding market. My core competencies include creating and executing strategic plans, building and overseeing high-performance teams, streamlining operations and processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, and increasing revenue and profits. I have a proven track record of making companies great by challenging the status quo, devising turnkey solutions, and implementing best practices. I am also an effective communicator, mentor, coach, trainer, and motivator who empowers my staff to achieve excellence and deliver quality results. As an OSHA certified professional, I ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance in all our projects. I hold a BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
