International Business Development Colonel Schlobohm graduated from the Missouri Auction School in 1986, received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, at Park University in 1998, graduated from the Certified Appraiser's School in 2002, earned the designation of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and earned the coveted CAI Auctioneer designation through the Certified Auctioneer Institute - currently held by less than auctioneers world-wide. In 2003, he was recognized as one of the top three auctioneers in the state of Missouri and is the official auctioneer for the City of Kansas City, Missouri. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Foundation, the Missouri Professional Auctioneers Association, the Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers, the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the KCRAR, and the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Col. Schlobohm believes strongly in the marketing concept of Real Estate Auctions in conjunction with Private Treaty transactions.
