About Wes Hill

Hello everyone, I am an old school project manager with new school ways. I have been doing this for a very long time and I know at least a million tricks. As with most PMs I am able to make a list/schedule, track issues and risks.(PMP certified of course,PMI-ACP, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc) As a result, I have experience in many areas from managing typical waterfall projects building out manufacturing plants, call centers, data centers, SAP related projects and many others and I am also heavily involved in agile (scrum) projects as I am the scrum master (I am PMI-ACP certified) and I also manage groups of projects from a PMO perspective and mentor other PMs. However, I believe that my best talent/gift is that I excel in people management. To me it is important that the team wants to help you succeed to bring that value to the company. This is where I shine. I am not bragging but I get results and I bring value to my company.
