I often take the lead on projects large and small. I have worked hard to help instill a culture of continual improvement within our team. With a well rounded background and a knack for technology, I learn very quickly adapting to changing environments. My experience spans thirty-plus years in commercial, industrial, maintenance repair, construction and related fields. My expertise goes beyond the technical aspects projects to includes all processes from supply to supervising and training of personnel. After seven years in healthcare I have gained a working knowledge of ASHREA 70 standards along with NFPA 99, 101 life safety compliance and Water Safety Management. 8 years working on US government facilities has familiarized me with standards set in all aspects of doing business within regulatory agencies. I have direct experience with contract negotiation, conversion, compliance to CFRs, purchasing requirements and inventory control. Experienced at Authoring work packages; non conformance reports (NCR), and procedures. Safety conscious and familiar with OSHA health and safety standards within a healthcare setting as well as those set on government projects. I have had past involvement with the Voluntary Peer Protection program sponsored by DOE. My travels have allowed me to build skills in dealing with multi cultural workers and clients. I find similarities in common strategies and feel that my skills will transfer well to many areas of the business community. I have the capacity to provide new insight and solutions to problems common to general operations and projects. I bring a work ethic of hard work balanced with passion for the quality of what I produce.
