As the Working Director of Tactile Indicators Perth and now Tactile Group Pty Ltd, I am the head of a very small family business based in Maddington WA that manufactures a unique TGSI product called Stikcrete. Working in the industry since 2002 and becoming the Working Director in 2008, I have been servicing, almost single handedly, Tier 1 Civil Construction companies and Local Government Authorities for over 2 decades. From sales through to installation. My focus is on customer service through comprehensive product support and I take pride in being a local manufacturer in Perth. We use 100% local materials and labour to create a TGSI product that is recyclable while almost all of our competitors use imported and non recyclable TGSI products. As I manufacture and install my Stikcrete product, I can often offer a supply, install and warranty option that will be cheaper than if my customers purchased some TGSI retail and had their own crew install them. All of my customers are long term customers because I take their deadlines seriously and my product can stand up to the abuse that the construction industry throws at it.
