About Wes Santos

For the past 15 years, I’ve been fortunate to build a career in hospitality—leading teams and delivering memorable guest experiences across the U.S. Today, I serve as the General Manager of Sarasota’s largest hotel, where I’m still loving the fast pace and people-first culture of the industry. But outside of hospitality, my passion lies in building long-term wealth through passive income. Over the past 6 years, my family and I have invested in real estate—currently owning vacation rentals in both Sarasota and St. Augustine, including three active listings in downtown Sarasota. When I’m not managing teams or guest experiences, you’ll find me connecting with like-minded professionals in real estate, learning from others in the passive income space, and—most importantly—being a present dad and husband.Let’s connect if you’re into hospitality leadership, real estate investing, or building wealth without sacrificing family time.
