As a 3rd Grade AAP Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, I create and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction for advanced academic students, using my experience design and facilitation skills to foster a collaborative and creative learning environment. I have been teaching since September 2023, after working for over 10 years in the nonprofit sector, where I designed and managed impactful programs and events for high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds. My passion for education and equity stems from my own academic journey as a Spanish language and literature major, with a MA from the University of Virginia and a certificate in facilitation from Georgetown University.
