Hi, I’m Wesley Blauvelt — Implementation Manager, creative educator, and lifelong 80s kid with a mission to make learning meaningful, empowering, and just a little bit nostalgic. As the author and illustrator of the Andy Biotic children’s book series, I help kids understand their health through the lens of superheroes, storytelling, and science. Set in the fictional world of Yorbody, Andy Biotic gives children a relatable hero to fight alongside them during illness — from infections to cancer — turning scary topics into engaging, empowering adventures. 🦸‍ I also illustrated two adoption-themed titles: ABC Adoption and Me and I'm Adopted, So What, supporting families through important conversations with heart and creativity. In my work as an Implementation Manager, I design innovative professional development experiences for educators, schools, and districts — especially those working in virtual, flipped, or blended learning models.
