About Wesley Brown

With a background in CNC and HVAC operations, I have developed a passion for data analysis and coding, and I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities. In addition to my current role as a Commercial Estimator, I am also a coding professional with proficiency in MongoDB, Node.js, Mongoose, and other web development tools.Recently, I was selected to join a cohort of ~30 individuals to participate in a 16-week intensive data analytics and programming course through Columbia Business School, where I am learning how to use SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, and Google Data Analysis to solve real-world problems for nonprofit organizations. I also completed a coding bootcamp at Nucamp, where I gained a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, as well as React and Express for back-end development.I am motivated by the potential of data and technology to create positive impact and value for businesses and society. I am looking for opportunities to join a dynamic team of data analysts and programmers, where I can contribute to innovative and meaningful projects. I currently reside in Raleigh/Durham.
