About Wesley Derstine

Wesley Derstine is a sound designer, Unity developer, and digital artist. Previously working as a Creative Technologist at Dimensional Innovations he has worked on over 15 major projects over 5 years, contributing significantly to many of them. From sound design, implementation, game code, environment assets and illustrations. Coming from a degree in Illustration Wesley has a foundation in digital art that has expanded into the many areas of the game making process. Working with a small team creating a variety of games, interactive installations and experiences has led Wesley to focus on game audio including sound design working in Reaper, developing personal tools for clean and reusable audio implementation within Unity and Unreal as well as working in middleware such as Wwise and FMOD, composing music, and recently exploring Web Audio API to bring audio to WebGL.
