I am a goal-oriented individual who thrives on customer interaction. I excel in identifying and solving inconsistencies and applying effective, tactile approaches to reduce repeat errors. When learning a new system, I master each section a piece at a time, so that while my learning curve seems slow, I end up being more knowledgeable than others to whom it was introduced before me. I take pleasure in seeing that clients are well-informed and capable of understanding their common problems, to achieve faster, more satisfying resolutions as their conception of these issues becomes better-developed. I possess higher-than-average written and verbal skills, and enjoy putting them to use in creative ways. I have been tasked with creating public-facing presentations and reaching out to new or difficult to manage clientèle in recognition of these skills.
