I do have 4 years of experience in Telco accounts we handle customer who have questions and disputes for their bill, we also help them for their online purchases even buying new devices for their accounts, we extend our help with them by making to collect a payment for their bill and setting up payment plan for the extension on their bill. We also make sure to perform visual audit for their account help check for their network, devices and account this is for determining their underlying for their account. I already handle an individual account even for the micro business accounts. I was well trained to handle a different kind of customers. We always Balance the CEO Customer, Employee and Organization for resolution that we are offering for the customer.
