About Wesley Harden

Wesley R Harden IV, Senior Program Manager/Lead Delivery Specialist with Deloitte Consulting LLP. After graduating from Ursinus College, Wesley began working as a primary counselor with Adams-Hanover Counseling Services at a group residential living facility for people with psychiatric disorders in Hanover, PA. During this time he also became a certified Crisis Interventionist, serving the community in area emergency rooms and with local police to assist in defusing crisis situations. Forgoing admission to medical school in 2007, Wesley enlisted in the United States Army Reserve as an intelligence analyst. After his training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Wesley was stationed with the 323rd Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Meade, Maryland. In his time there he served on active orders in a variety of roles, including support to the 66th Military Intelligence Group, United States Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG). In 2009, Wesley went to work with BAE Systems, Inc, serving the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Human Factors Analysis mission as a Human Factors/Behavioral Analyst, where he profiled key foreign military and civilian leadership in varying areas of responsibility. Following this, Wesley transitioned to counterterrorism analysis with the Defense Combating Terrorism Center (DCTC) on the Watchlisting mission, and later led the Tactical Interrogation Reports analytic review team in support of the National Security Council (NSC) and JSOC. There he also supported the FBI-led High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group (HIG) as part of the DIA support element, where his work was featured in several President’s Daily Brief (PDB). Most recently, Wesley was a Program Manager and a Lead Instructor with CENTRA Technology, Inc on DHS programs, and then Senior Program Manager for DHS Contracts with Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC. Wesley Harden has experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of intelligence operations. He has also advised General Officers and Senior Executive Service leaders, the NSC and White House on intelligence matters during his Army and civilian service and is a member of AFCEA and the Global SOF Foundation. Wesley Harden is certified as an Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (IFPC) through the Department of Defense. Wesley currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia with his wife, their beautiful daughter and chocolate lab.
