Hello my name is Wesley Harris I’m a supply chain and procurement professional with a focus on strategic sourcing, process development, and operational efficiency.Currently, I serve as a Senior Buyer / Strategic Sourcing Lead at Proximo Spirits, where I’m responsible for building and leading the indirect procurement function across multiple sites. In this role, I’m developing sourcing strategies, implementing structured procurement processes, and driving cost savings initiatives across a multi-million-dollar spend portfolio. A key part of my work is partnering cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to improve visibility, streamline purchasing, and strengthen supplier performance.Prior to this, I worked as a Purchasing Agent supporting GE operations through Ferguson Industrial, where I managed the full procurement lifecycle for critical materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
