About Wesley Hughes

Being adept in interpersonal skills, time management, entrepreneurship, and creative problem solving, I have been an asset to any professional team I have worked with. In every position, I have taken on greater responsibilities and shown that I am capable of handling more. This is exemplified by my tenure managing merchandise sales at Red Rocks Amphitheater, where our team consistently broke sales records and set a new bar for operations at the venue. My aptitude for development was also engaged when I helped Foothills Art Center develop a capital campaign to secure a new building and more than double the capacity. My drive for success was clear from the outset of my career when I received employee of the week at my very first staff meeting, and later came to be the manager of that team. I am self sufficient and goal oriented, as well as a quick learner. This being said, I am also self aware and critical of my own weaknesses, I am open to constructive criticism and always want to do the best at whatever project is in front of me. Beyond these attributes, I am easy to work with and quickly make lifelong friends in many of life’s arenas. Whatever our relationship may be, my intention with every interaction is to make the world a happier, more prosperous place.
