About Wesley Luttrell

As an artist advisor, manager, and label head, I help artists get seen, heard, and understood; not just as musicians, but as people. Through meaningful conversation and deep listening, I uncover what drives them: their stuck points, their ambitions, their process, and their unique creative vision. My first decade in music was about making and releasing it. Now, I’m obsessed with the behind-the-scenes: how the industry works today, how it evolved, and how to navigate it as an independent artist (as you can hear in my podcast Everybody Else - Interviews with the invisible people who make music happen). I’ve helped artists and bands hit real milestones - from main stage performances to gaining millions of streams - by combining deep creative experience with a Midwest-bred work ethic and a people-first approach. When I'm working with an artist, the hope of the arrangement is to take their vision, their ideas, the thing that makes them unique and special, and insulate it from the pressures and expectations of the outside world.
