I am currently with Elia Group as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, I oversee the financial planning and analysis, accounting, and business intelligence functions at Elia Group. I have over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in driving efficient growth at fast moving organizations. Prior to joining Elia Group, I was the CFO at Xenith, where I developed and led the finance, accounting, and business intelligence teams. During my time at Xenith I was instrumental in driving impactful changes, including but not limited to transitioning the organization from a B2B to a B2C distribution model, developing sales and pricing models, executing cost savings initiatives while growing the organization, and successfully navigating the business through COVID-19 despite more than 70% of revenue being eliminated by the pandemic. These changes helped Xenith achieve greater than 45% revenue growth as well as improving EBITDA by 60%. Before joining Xenith, I helped build the analytics team and processes at JACK Entertainment (part of Rocket Companies family of companies) that initially managed and eventually operated multiple casino gaming properties. During my time at JACK Entertainment I was responsible for developing analyses providing executive leadership with key information regarding each property including, all food and beverage outlets and individual gaming departments. I was a significant contributor in performing due diligence to evaluate JACK Entertainment’s acquisition of casino gaming operations. The combined portfolio of JACK Entertainment’s properties generated over $1B in revenue annually. I was responsible for leading an operations transition team that successfully transitioned gaming commission regulated data within a 24-hour cutoff period at each gaming property.
