I'm an experienced music educator, drummer, therapeutic music facilitator, creative leader, and entrepreneur with over 13 years of teaching and 9 years of leadership experience across diverse educational settings—from mainstream classrooms to inclusive, arts-integrated learning environments.My journey began with a bold choice: I dropped out of engineering college to pursue my passion and calling in music and education. This decision instilled in me resilience, clarity, and the power of owning my path—qualities I consistently bring to every role.Currently, as a Performing Arts Teacher and Activities Coordinator at Bangalore International School, I lead vibrant co-curricular programs, coordinate school-wide events, and craft inclusive music experiences for all learners. As an Activities Coordinator, I lead a team of wonderful teachers representing every section of the school and work closely with school leadership to enhance brand image and organize high-quality institutional events. As a Music Teacher I foster a learning environment that is structured, welcoming, and alive with creativity and growth.My entrepreneurial spirit is evident in founding three music schools: NAD School of Music, Wehron Music Center, and currently, Wesley’s School of Groove. Through these ventures, I've led teams of motivated music teachers, built trusted brands, and delivered high-quality instruction and therapeutic music focused on skill development, building confidence, and finding one's unique artistic voice.Earlier, as Head of Performing and Visual Arts at SKEI school, I led a team of arts teachers and collaborated closely with the school's leadership in enhancing the school's public image and organizing high quality events.Driven by a deep love for learning and a vision to expand my teaching career into English education alongside Music and Leadership, I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English, complementing my extensive professional development and certificationsWhether organizing an event, teaching, facilitating therapeutic music sessions, mentoring, or leading, I consistently bring kindness, empathy, ownership, and a wholehearted commitment to helping everyone around me grow and fulfill their potential.
