I have worked in retail management for over 10 years. With my strong background in retail management and sales, coupled with my love of working with people, I believe I have exactly what it takes to be successful in helping to maintain efficient customer service and communication. During my time as retail manager, I successfully implemented new initiatives with stock and store layout that enhanced the client experience as well as store efficiency. I worked on several highly successful operational and sales initiatives that increase store productivity leading to higher sales. I also developed more efficient processes for maintaining personnel files. I am a hands-on manager who develops a good rapport with all that I meet and a working environment that is relaxed, and client focused. The result in sales growth is testament to my management skills and business acumen. I am a dynamic team player with exemplary communication and leadership skills. I am always ready to think outside the box to make sure my employer is a leader in the industry in every detail. I am passionate about being all I can be as well as helping people around me to do the same. I pride myself on being a forward thinker who stays on top of the current trends in the industry. I believe my management experience, combined with my passion of working with and helping people in any way that I can is the reason I strive to be better.
