With over a decade at 3Sixty Duty Free (DFASS Group), my expertise in data analysis, forecasting, demand planning, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration has positioned me as a pivotal Senior Category Manager. At 3Sixty, my focus on analytics has enhanced our strategic decision-making, aligning with the company's mission to lead the travel retail space in innovation. Previously, at Elizabeth Arden, I honed my skills in category strategy via many avenues: planogram design, advertising strategy and results analysis, pricing and placement analysis, as well as building strong relationships with my customers (primarily CVS). Previously at Unilever is where I got my start and learned many skills critical to my success. I learned the value of evaluating every situation or crisis from the macro level first before drilling down. I also had a lot of opportunity to forge relationships with the customer as someone who worked as a vendor on-site at CVS for several years and overcoming a lot of negative push back early on in my career. My commitment to excellence, love of problem solving, and continuous improvement drives my work, ensuring that any team I am associated with achieves meaningful results and delivers impactful solutions.
