About Wesley Rose

I have a deep passion for everything related to computers, technology, and gaming. As an enthusiastic individual and a collaborative team player, I thrive on finding innovative solutions to challenges, often embracing the opportunity to learn something new along the way. My journey with Vintron began in 2019, driven by a desire to make a significant impact in the realm of business. Over nearly three years, I rose to the role of Senior Graphic Designer and Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in enhancing various processes and doubling productivity. Leading a team of six designers, I effectively managed their performance and resolved any issues that arose. Being part of Vintron's growth from an early stage fills me with pride, particularly in cultivating a flourishing design team. A unique opportunity arose for me to transition my career path in a remarkable direction: a project management role at a reputable gaming agency. In my first year, I've developed a deep appreciation for project management, navigating its complexities and conquering new challenges daily. Being actively involved in an industry that ignites my passion is a privilege I cherish each day. In 2024, I got promoted to a senior position within the company. The highs & even the lows of managing people and building relationships, not only with our team but with clients, I've found very rewarding. I'm interested in building the best team around me, so that we can achieve our goals. Project Management has been a gift that keeps giving, I'm proud of my growth professionally, but also personally.
