About Wesley Smith

Hi, I’m Wesley Smith, a Senior Producer on the CXO Training Creation team! As a Senior Producer, I'm responsible for ensuring the success of the team.I accomplish this by owning project intake and assignment. While working with stakeholders to identify scope, ideation, and deadlines.I help manage the deployment of our weekly projects, while ensuring audience accuracy in our LMS.My responsibilities also include updating team processes such as camera techniques, and in-house templates for our varied weekly communications. All changes are clearly communicated to my manager, and I show the rest of my team how to implement them.Managing our equipment, and stock media licenses also falls within my scope. If the need for new gear or licenses is required, I own the procurement of the request. I accomplish this by working with the appropriate lines of business, and see the request to completion. Sometimes, this may involve working with stock media providers directly to receive quotes.Keeping the team in mind, I help onboard our new hires. I work with them closely to ensure they're successful.I also offer mentorship to not only my team, but external coworkers who have an interest in design and video production!
