As I finish up my service with the US Navy soon. I have had the fortunate opportunity to develop many skills. From management of large departments supervising many employees to in depth troubleshooting, maintenance and quality control. Skills include: Monitor performance using metrics, establishes goals, and implements process improvement to meet production goals. Ability to plan, organize, motivate, and direct the functions of highly diverse workforce directly and through subordinates. Knowledge of Quality Control and Safety procedures. Experience reading and interpreting Engineering drawings and specifications and applying their intent to evaluate acceptance of quality products. Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical and associated systems to manage properly Proficiency in various desirable computer programs.(EX: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
