About Wesley Tejeda

I am a Full-Stack Developer with a passion for technology and programming, and a strong foundation in computer software and object-oriented programming. I have a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Western Governors University which I completed in May of 2024. I completed a certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from the University of Pennsylvania's Penn LPS Coding Bootcamp in 2020, where I learned how to build dynamic and responsive web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and other technologies. Most recently, I worked as an Application Developer at Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment companies, where I contributed to the development, testing, and deployment of multiple web applications for the company's clients and employees. I applied my skills in Java, and Spring to create user-friendly, secure, and scalable solutions that met the business requirements and user needs. I also collaborated with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and performance of the applications, and to deliver them within the deadlines and budget. Through this experience, I demonstrated my ability to work in both solo and team-based environments, and to adapt to changing and challenging situations.
