About Wesley Walstrom

Experience, I believe, comes from three areas. Recognizing an opportunity when it presents itself and taking it. Putting yourself in a place to learn from those that came before you, while incorporating their best practices into your habits. The last being the most important with hard work. As I have moved throughout my career, I have learned the most when I put everything I had into a task no matter how small. My work history covers multiple areas and has sharpened my skills that I can use in multiple areas. By focusing in on these areas, I have a very broad experience background that covers multiple skills that are needed in today’s business world. Growth on the professional side has also leads to growth on the personal side. Much of this was also done while my family was growing as well. Being married for 16 years with three great children has taught me the most about priorities and perseverance. These have also lead to opportunities to use what I have learned to help others, as I now am a volunteer as an instructor for the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets. I could ramble on more about how awesome I am but that would be served for a better time.
