About Wesley Wu

Hello! My name is Wesley Wu. I am an adaptable and self-driven worker whose eclectic skillset has seen me reach across multiple fields and grow stronger in software, communications, and teamwork. I have been employed as an instructor, videogame artist, healthcare software support, and now customer support analyst for a B2B SaaS product. All of these required diligent organization, planning, mastery of disparate skills in a short amount of time, and most important of all: empathetic communication. I have managed classrooms of children, acted as the bridge between different teams in large-scale collaborations, and advised hospital chains on issues throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that affected hundreds of thousands. I want to help make the world a better place. I can only hope I've done so with my previous actions, and endeavor to continue trying in every action I do. Outside of work I like to hang out with friends, write fiction, make 3D art, practice violin, lend an ear to those that need it, run tabletop games, and play exceedingly complex videogames.
