About Whitney Decker

I worked as an investigator for the government for 12 years before I realized and came to terms with the fact that I was MISERABLE! I was so unhappy getting up and going to work every day; the only time I enjoyed life was when I was away from the office. I hate to admit that it took me far too long to come to terms with this fact. I’ve always been very passionate about fitness and health and wellness, and I kept getting drawn to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I started to wonder if I could run my own business; if I could make it as a Health Coach. So I went for it! I got my Health Coach certification, started using my essential oils more, and set out on my own! At just under 12 years of federal government service, I walked away. It has been one of the most liberating experiences of my life! Things have certainly changed since I left the government! I’ve expanded my certifications and started coaching at a local Crossfit gym. I still use my health coaching certification but my true passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals! I’m also extremely passionate about skincare and helping people obtain beautiful skin! As someone who suffered from hormonal acne for far too many years, I know how devastating and debilitating skin concerns and issues can be. I am truly living my dream - owning my own business and helping people achieve their fitness and skincare goals!
