Background
About Whitney Harper
With a proven track record at the Vail Valley Foundation, my expertise lies in non-profit development and audience engagement. As an events manager, I successfully oversaw a high-profile annual gala, surpassing increasing revenue goals annually. As a member of the Development team, I first nurtured a robust 300+ grassroots and mid-level donor pipeline for the Vail Dance Festival and Vail Valley Foundation Annual Fund. As a Director of Development, I was responsible for acquiring, securing, and renewing gifts at and higher for a pipeline of over 200 donors and also oversaw a successful $2M Capital Campaign. My passion extends to creating impactful advertising strategies and compelling branding, which has been integral in elevating donor experiences and campaigns. Collaboration and community improvement are the cornerstones of my professional ethos, driving every strategy and relationship I forge.
