I am a passionate leader with over 15 years experience driving visual merchandising, managing profitability and developing operational excellence within the luxury retail space. I have a proven track record of developing, mentoring and promoting talent through situational leadership and active coaching. I have a high success rate in driving stores to achieve operational goals that support driving sales and achieving company targets. My early adopter mindset allows me to thrive in an ever-changing fast paced environment. I am a creative leader who never stops looking for ways to improve myself both personally and professionally. I have strong organization and communication skills and am an analytical objective thinker who places a high premium on accuracy of work. These attributes have contributed to advancing through 7 roles within Sephora, leading to my current role as Senior Manager of Backstage Operations and Optimization for Sephora Canada. When I’m not at work you can find me outside connecting with nature, exploring any place I can and taking photos along the way. I am never without a side DIY project, always looking for things to up-cycle to keep my creative juices flowing. I also enjoy taking care of my plants and have great pride in my fiddle leaf fig tree (not the easiest to keep thriving), but mine has been doing well for over 3 years.
