I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and an advocate for radical food and body empowerment. Integrating my client’s concerns with my knowledge of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size and Body Trust, creating a program specifically suited to the individuals needs. I focus on the intersection of food as medicine and diet culture, and am deeply committed to helping others release the diet mentality, find harmony and get in sync with their body’s intuition. By using a holistic, weight-inclusive and anti-diet approach I help my clients build a more positive emotional relationship with food, setting the stage for a more nourishing life. I work to bring joy and pleasure back to the table and back to eating. I subscribe to two food rules: break bread with those you love, and CHEW!
