Hello there! I'm Whitney, pleased to meet you! In October 2012, I started my career with Super T Transport as an Accounting Specialist in Driver Payroll. As a new employee, I quickly made so many amazing connections and friendships with our driving force and Internal staff that will last a lifetime. As the company grew, I had an opportunity to advance into a Payroll Supervisor position, helping support our accounting team and advancing our processes. In April of 2018, I was presented with another opportunity to further grow and develop my career as the Director of Human Resources. HR is where I have found my passion, inspiration, and happiness. I love the daily hustle, challenges, and satisfaction that comes with working with people, advancing our processes and improving on-boarding and overall experience for our employees. As a leader, I set the positive tone for my team daily, together we can accomplish anything. I find it so rewarding to get through each day (the good and the bad…we all have those days) and still, I am so happy. I leave with a smile on my face every day and I am better for it. I LOVE my Career and my Super T Family! Outside of evolving HR processes, I am a busy body who keeps busy with multiple mini projects! I really enjoy renovating & remodeling. There is nothing like a fresh new start in your home, out with the old and in with the new! I have enjoyed remodeling a kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, built a deck, fencing, landscaping and so much more. My home and family are my happy place. I love spending time with my Husband of 14 years, my family, and my friends. I enjoy being outdoors all year long, we love to go boating, kayaking, biking, camping, skiing, ice skating and of course playing with our fur babies. Life is so good!
