With a decade of experience in recruiting, counseling, and mentoring, I am a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst at NTT DATA Services, a global leader in digital transformation and innovation. My mission is to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our diverse and dynamic teams, and to foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and collaboration. I have a master's degree in clinical psychology, which gives me a unique perspective and skillset to understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations of candidates and employees, and to provide them with effective and empathetic support and guidance. In my current role, I manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and management consulting positions, within our campus recruiting pipeline. I leverage my strong social media marketing and networking skills to increase and diversify our candidate pool, and to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I also assist with background checks, compensation studies, and hiring decisions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality laws and procedures.
